Sixth floor unit with lots of natural light, ocean views from two decks! Fully equipped for summer fun with Wine Fridge, fully equipped kitchen. Even includes Beach Tags and Beach Chairs! Common Areas include two Elevators, Beautiful In-Ground Pool and Sundeck, Sports Deck, Game Room. Fitness Center Available for a small fee. Tenant must transfer Electric into Tenant's Name. $200 Move-In Fee payable directly to Ocean Colony upon Check-In. $75 Processing Fee and $70 Damage Insurance Fee payable to Brokerage. One Assigned Parking Space and Private Beach locker storage. NO SMOKING, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, NO SUBLETTING.
