The house features 3 levels with bedrooms on the top 2 floors. This house has TWO living room areas - one on the ground floor and one on the top floor which makes it perfect for large groups not looking to be cramped. The top living room opens to an absolutely gorgeous rooftop terrace complete with a 65" tv, lounging furniture & fireplace!

There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed & a twin bed while the 3 other bedrooms all have queen beds! There are two couches that make into queen size beds!

Nashville!

First of all, the place was great. Way bigger than the pictures seem and in the most convenient location. We did have a couple issues with Vrbo, but Chris was a great host and was very responsive so we could figure everything out. Would definitely book this again, and if not this place then definitely another one of Chris’s properties.

Christmas Family Trip

My husband and I bought a stay in Nashville for our grown children and families to just hang out for the break. We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, stocked with games and other needs. Great location. Would definitely rent again.

My home is nestled in Berry Hill which is conveniently situated between Greens Hills and 12 South. It is walking distance to both these amazing areas and a super quick Uber to the Gulch, Broadaway and any other Nashville to-do's!

What makes this property unique

My property features outstanding high end appliances and finishes. Sweeping tall ceilings on the main level with bright HUGE windows. My home is also equipped with a huge roof deck, partially covered with lounge furniture, 65" TV, fire place and a great mural for pictures! Not to mention the fairy lights.
