You’re close enough to run back to the unit in case you forgot something or need a short break from the sun. In the most walkable neighborhood in Destin, you're minutes from multiple dining options and a quick 4 mile drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets for you shoppers!
This 3-story, 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is located in the building directly next to the outdoor pool and about 300 yds to the emerald waters and white sands. Many of Destin's famous restaurants are within walking distance. Park your car and walk for the duration of your stay!
You will have access to my entire home (except for the locked garage), the community pool, and the community access to the beach.
Pets - The HOA strictly prohibits guests from bringing pets. Service animals are always welcome.
Parking - Due to my home's proximity to the beach, every guest must have a parking pass displayed in their car. Only two cars are permitted per home. You can park in the driveway and directly in front of the home. I will provide you two parking passes in the home. Failure to follow parking rules will result in the HOA towing your vehicle.
Beach - Hopefully this is the reason you came to Destin, you have deeded beach access directly across Scenic Highway 98 from the crosswalk. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach, though I have provided some beach towels and chairs by the front entry way as well as on the back porch for your use!
Pool - Feel free to use the pool, but be courteous of others. There is no code or wristband requirement. Please note that this amenity is managed by the building HOA, and can be taken offline for repairs or maintenance with no notice. These events are beyond my control and we cannot offer refunds if there is a closure that impacts your stay.
Garage - The garage is currently being used for owner storage and so guests shouldn't plan on having access to the garage for their own storage.
Smoking - Our home is a strictly non-smoking home. We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the home immediately and will be liable for actual cleaning charges incurred. Please respect our home and wishes with regard to smoking!
Our property has a surveillance camera and/or smart doorbell located by the front entry. There is another camera in the garage. We also have a Minut smart home sensor mounted to the wall. These devices are strictly for security purposes.
