The Lava Point Villa is a 1472 sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Lava Point Villa will open in March of 2024 as part of the ongoing development of LaFave Resort at Zion.

The Lava Point Villa features a modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-8 guests.

It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.

The villa features a brand new full-size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.

This unit also features a bonus/game room in the terrace level with a king sofa bed.

The private covered patio with grill offers stunning views of the soaring red sandstone cliffs of Zion.

Wonderful stay

This place is in the centre of the city just a mile away from the visitor center. Place is sparkling clean with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.
