Pet Friendly Home-Guest House-Amenities-Golf Carts

Bonaire Reef is a pet-friendly home that offers a main and guest house located in the gated community of Destiny East AND it comes with 2 ( 4 and 6 seater) golf carts and 4 bicycles for your use. The community clubhouse offers a pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts conveniently located close by. The neighborhood is conveniently located to shopping, dining and local attractions.

The main house has been recently renovated and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large open gathering space connecting the sitting area with the kitchen and dining area. Located on one side of the house is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. On the other side are two more spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 FULL beds and one twin bunk and one twin trundle. Bathroom 1 has tub/shower combo, bath 3 has STEAM shower(fancy kind). .The other guest bedroom features two queen beds. The clubhouse also has a private movie theatre for families to sign up movie/time free

The guest house is a private oasis featuring a small kitchen, a comfy living room to watch TV and master-style private bedroom with a king bed. The full bathroom includes a shower.

Outdoor space is ample between the main and guest houses and includes a covered sitting area and an open-air outdoor dining table for entertaining.

Great place for parents with 3 married children and 4 grandchildren. Plenty of room and beds. The 2 golf carts were a wonderful addition included in the rental.

Great to have golf carts and bikes to use. Pool, gym, tennis/pickle ball, and basketball court was essentially in our backyard and easy golf cart ride to public beach. Home was muggy indoors though, high humidity despite it being cooler/drier weather 60-70’s outside, but we still enjoyed our time there.

We had plenty of room to eat as a large family in the main house. The golf carts were ideal for the short trip to the beach. The beach is beautiful. The pool and clubhouse are conveniently located across the back yard. No need to drive. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool without many others there. Lovely neighborhood. Felt very safe and secluded despite close neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great, the house and quest house were clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the dryer not working but they offered us free laundry service until it was fixed. Would absolutely book again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented in this neighborhood for many years. It is conveniently located near the beach and the community is gated. First of all, the furniture in the main house is very uncomfortable. I couldn't find a place to sit that was comfortable. The kitchen only had one steak knife. There were no other knives in the house. I had to go buy a knife just to be able to prepare a meal. The window in the kitchen needs to be replaced because it's so foggy you can't see out of it. There is no back porch or fenced in yard even though there is enough property to have one. The main house and guest house has obviously not had a deep cleaning in quite some time because if you raise the blinds there are dead flies on the window sill. There is a dresser in the master bedroom, however there is not a dresser in any other bedroom, making it impossible to store you clothes away. Who wants to live out of a suitcase? In the garage apartment the sofa is much more comfortable. The freezer in there is broken and obviously has been for quite some tie because out of order is written with a sharpee on it. The faucet in the bathroom is very loose and swings side to side. You cannot close the shower door from the inside so water gets on the bathroom floor. On the plus side there are 2 free golf carts you can use. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at Bonair Reef, but 1st through Glass Casa. They were great to work with. Prompt answering any of our questions when we had them, and were very kind to work with. Our dryer stopped working on the 1st day and they offered laundry service. We opted to just ensure we had extra towels, etc and they made sure we had everything we needed. The house is absolutely stunning. Close to the beach. Plenty of room for a large group. If you don’t want to be beach front but close enough to walk or ride the golf cart, it’s perfect. Comes with 2 golf carts and 4 bikes. The resort pool is behind the house and quick walk. Absolutely amazing home and stay for the week.
