Make this bi-level, luxury condo your next vacation home and enjoy many high-tech extras and brand new private hot tub. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit on the Moab Golf Course has a 42-inch Plasma TV and a Blu-Ray Player in the living room. Enjoy 120 Channels with HD from Dish Network. The living room floors have just been redone in high-end Italian porcelain tile, and really add a modern look to the condo. The kitchen has just been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV, for the ultimate in entertainment options. New carpeting covers the stairs and upstairs level. In-unit, high-speed Wi-Fi, and digital lock complete the high tech package. A private hot tub has just been added to the private patio. Enjoy the beautiful Moab Sunsets while sitting in the hot tub or grilling up some burgers.

Furnished in Southwest style, the downstairs level features a living room with cozy gas log fireplace, a sofa/sleeper and big easy chair. The dining area has table seating for six and the fully equipped, pass-through kitchen has all the appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities are located in the pantry closet at one end of the kitchen. A bathroom w/shower only, is just off the entry hall. The entry hall also has an interior door opening to an attached, single-car garage, where you can store your toys.

Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two twin-size beds.  There is additionally a twin pullout bed in the upstairs hallway/loft area as well as two twin air mattresses stored in the hallway closet.  The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower.

Completing this luxury accommodation is an outdoor private patio, with picnic furniture and a gas barbeque grill.

Hiking, off-road trails, and mountain biking are just outside your back door. The famous SteelBender and Flat Pass trails are only1/4 mile up the road. You can also walk to the golf course from your unit. There is also lots of parking for your trailers and additional vehicles on the nearby access road.

There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. The Hacienda has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

No wifi for the 3 nights we stayed, other issues as well
No wifi despite two complaints. Icemaker in refrigerator did not work. It takes two remotes to operate the tv, one of them had dead batteries. Smelly rag left in washing machine stunk up the kitchen. Ten dollar hot tub fee charged but the cover was covered in grime and bird poop, did not use.

The property was very clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us and having the garage to store the bikes and kayak was amazing. Despite some kind of bright neighbor lights, we were still able to lay out back and see the milky way and shooting stars. Hot tub was a nice bonus since we were there in November. Kitchen was rather small and internet was spotty, but we spent most of our time exploring the area so not a big deal. It's a little way out of town, but a nice quiet area.

Great Stay in Moab
The rental was great! It was great for our family of four and also seems like it could fit a few more people based on the bed available. Moab is so easy to get around, that being 5 minutes out of town center was better for our family. Very close (walking distance) to some iconic petroglyphs which is cool.
