The dining area has table seating for six and the fully equipped, pass-through kitchen has all the appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities are located in the pantry closet at one end of the kitchen. A bathroom w/shower only, is just off the entry hall. The entry hall also has an interior door opening to an attached, single-car garage, where you can store your toys.
Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is additionally a twin pullout bed in the upstairs hallway/loft area as well as two twin air mattresses stored in the hallway closet. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower.
Completing this luxury accommodation is an outdoor private patio, with picnic furniture and a gas barbeque grill.
Hiking, off-road trails, and mountain biking are just outside your back door. The famous SteelBender and Flat Pass trails are only1/4 mile up the road. You can also walk to the golf course from your unit. There is also lots of parking for your trailers and additional vehicles on the nearby access road.
There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. The Hacienda has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.
