This charming small home was perfect for our trip to Beaufort. It's within a 7 minute walk to historic downtown, with lots of unique shops & good restaurants. The home had everything we needed!

We had a great stay at the Cara May Cottage. The property is as pictured and is stocked with everything you need. This is our second time staying in this space and it was as great as we remembered it. Emily is a kind and responsive host!

Amazing & so close to town!

Stop looking and stay here! This little cottage was perfect & cozy for two people. Emily has thought of everything that you could need and we were so happy with our stay we booked an extra night. Thank you Emily for sharing your super cute cottage in one of the cutest towns in America!

We had the absolute best stay at this cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured — if not better.The location truly cannot be beat. Being able to walk to downtown, explore the historic area, and enjoy the waterfront made the trip so relaxing and convenient. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and ending our evenings soaking in the charm of the neighborhood.Emily was an incredible host. Her communication was excellent — clear instructions, easy check-in, and quick responses made everything seamless. When a snowstorm unexpectedly impacted our original travel dates, she graciously allowed us to move our stay, which we were so thankful for. That flexibility and kindness truly made a difference and speaks volumes about the care she shows her guests.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, perfectly located getaway. This is a precious cottage with all the comforts of home. It’s decorated beautifully and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the history of Beaufort. If we return to this South Carolina coastal town we will definitely reserve this VRBO for our stay.
