Everything about this vacation was perfect. Especially the house! We had a party of 6 adults and the house is more than spacious enough to accommodate us extremely comfortably. The house was also pristine and beautiful. Direct beach access with 3 oversized decks/balcony made the entire experience unforgettable. I highly recommend reaching out to Armando and booking his beautiful beach house!

This home is beautiful and absolutely perfect for large families. The gathering space on the second floor is awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to “gather”! The pavered back porch is massive. Then it’s literally 10 steps down the pathway to your private beach. Armando and Kevin are fantastic hosts. Truly the nicest vacation home we’ve stayed in to date. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this fabulous house to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. Nothing disappointed us except when we had to leave! Everything was as good or better than anticipated. This place was the perfect beach front house! The house is spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms provided everyone enough space. It’s a quick 15mins to downtown St Augustine! The living area and sleeping areas are all separate. Plenty of space for large groups! Would book this place 100 times over!

This beautiful home was just as the pictures show. The home was clean and easy to settle in for a vacation with friends. We were on a bucket list golf trip with 3 other couples and everyone truly enjoyed the home and the amenities. Oh my goodness the ocean view, the rolling waves and sound was just hypnotic. While we did not use them, there was ample beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for a large group/family to share.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and work in the hospitality industry, and this house is among the all-around best-kept and cleanest, most well-appointed that I've booked. The owner is communicative and attentive to even small details, and you can tell everyone involved in maintaining this property puts extreme care into it. We stayed with a large group and everyone had a great experience. Amazing outdoor patio with convenient outdoor shower, and only steps down to the beach. Can't recommend enough!

It is set up for a large family and the home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville
