Hooked on the Blue offers the most expansive open ocean view of almost 180 degrees. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a huge private pool, a 50' dock that extends out over the Atlantic Ocean, and a Jetski Pad. (Dock has Water, Electric, and a Fish cleaning station)There is enough parking at this house for up to Four cars and a 40' boat trailer. The home features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, Flat screen Tv, and an en-suite full bath. On the Other side of the master bedroom, you have the guest room that has a Flamingo theme Queen size bed and Flat screen Tv. The Second guest bedroom which is on the top of the hallway, across the shared full bathroom is the perfect children’s hangout with a nautical theme bunk bed having a Queen on the bottom and a Twin on the top. The kitchen in this home is a cook’s dream, with everything you may need. The living room and kitchen views are breathtaking with floor-to-ceiling doors that lead out to the balcony to feel and breathe the Atlantic Ocean fresh air. 

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests and sleeps 7.

This home is NOT pet-friendly, please respect this and find a home that is animal friendly

For Security Purposes the property has outside Surveillance Cameras located at the Front Door and overlooking the dock
House next to Hooked on the Blue is always Vacant and is not for Guests to use or walk around. This house has cameras for safety and liability purposes. You are allowed to park your cars under The Guest House for covered parking.
You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave
Owners boat will be on property and can not be disturd.
Closets are closed for guests, only one in the hall is available for guests.
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
Per the City of Marathon all noise should be minimun between 9pm to 9am.
