4 bedroom (2 master bedrooms - perfect for multiple families), 3 1/2 bath, former model home in one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area - Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Home was professionally decorated by the top interior design company in the area, Bethany Resort Furnishings and was recently updated with new sofa and love seat, new patio furniture and all new state-of-the art electronics. Home has 5 Plasma/LCD TV's, BlueRay Player, 2 DVD Players, Keurig coffee maker, high-speed WIFI (upgraded to the fastest speed available for "work and school from home" families" 125 GB download speeds!). Beach Chairs, Bikes, beach toys and baby Pack'n Play included. Home is just a short walk to the beautiful clubhouse that has indoor pool, game room and huge outdoor pool overlooking bay, tennis courts and playground. Game room is great for playing pool, Foosball, table tennis or arcade games. Even if there is a rainy day, the kids will be completely entertained!

Home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs.

2026 Season Updates
Entire home was painted. Couches, chairs in family room were steam cleaned. New carpet on entire first floor. Purchased all new sheets and towels (5 star hotel quality). All duct work inspected and vacuumed using a powerful HEPA-filtered vacuum and a compressed air system which flushed all traces of dirt and dust out of the ductwork and into a specialized vacuum system.

James Farm Ecological Preserve is a very, very short 1.4 mile walk/drive and right down the street from our home. It has a free, public beach that is pet friendly 365 days/year! Since it is on the bayside, it is very calm and the water is very shallow. Perfect for little ones.

Whites Creek is an absolute fantastic river and just out our "back-door". Kayak launch is only a short walk from our home. Kayaks are available from outside 3rd party and rates range from $125/week to $175. Please let me know if you are interested.

The community has a fantastic clubhouse with both indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The outdoor pool is usually open between Memorial day and Labor day but may be closed a week or so earlier/later. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay. There is also a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, arcade game, etc…. There is also a tv room and a large kitchen.

The clubhouse requires that all guests pay a fee to use the facilities. The fees are listed below:


Clubhouse & Pool Access Fee
Access to the community clubhouse and pool is available for an additional $200 flat fee per stay, as required by the community association. This fee applies per rental, regardless of the number of guests or length of stay, and is set by the association (not the homeowner).

Please note that you must go to the clubhouse and meet with clubhouse staff and make arrangements during normal business hours. Clubhouse closes at 5:00 but I recommend getting there earlier.

There is a $50 fee if the key fob is not returned.


Private Garage Parking for 2 Cars and Multiple Spots for additional cars if needed. EV Charger just installed inside garage.
