Welcome to Bocilla Island Club! Just listed and AVAILABLE JANUARY, FEB AND/OR MARCH 2024. This turnkey waterfront townhome has amazing views and a boat dock/lift behind your unit. The spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor. Master has a screened lanai with waterfront views of Jug Creek. The lower living area also has a nice sized screened lanai with beautiful views of the marina, tennis courts and water. This is an end until with lots of natural light and huge impact sliders. The landscaping in this resort is breathtaking. Covered parking under the building. World class fishing. A short boat ride to the barrier islands & world famous Boca Grand pass. This resort style community offers 2 swimming pools with clubhouses Tennis courts, shuffle board. You also have a lower storage unit for your fishing gear. This beautiful laid-back island is waiting for you.

We had a great weekend here! Great location for boating, access to boat lift, lovely views, condo was clean. It was an overall very good experience. The host was extremely helpful and excellent communicator.
