The Cabin is nestled amid forest and meadows, on a bubbling creek just off the two covered porches and is the perfect getaway destination. It is built in the 1800's fashion, with large posts and beams, high ceilings, all the wood is hand draw-knifed, the period style yellow pine floor shows the saw marks and is set by cut nails from a forge built in 1797.

We consider pets on a case by case basis.This very private, elegantly furnished and decorated cabin that is designed for two, has all the expected amenities and more, and is available by the day, week, weekend or month for your private and relaxing getaway.

Our lovely cabin amenities include: A covered post and beam front porch down stairs, large post and beam deck with great views in all directions upstairs, English stained glass, cedar accents, old style yellow pine floors, a Jacuzzi tub for two, central air conditioning, a stainless steel outdoor gas grill ,we supply the gas.

Our dining area seats up to 6 folks ... to help with any guests you may want to entertain.

The ultimate in bedding awaits your stay with a luxury foam pillow top mattress in a beautiful queen cedar hand built bed for a great sleeping experience, a free standing porcelain gas log fireplace, and more.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you expect ... dishwasher, 4 burner full size stove and oven, full size fridge and ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, all utensils and pots, pans, dishes, paper products, linens and towels are furnished for you ... just bring your clothes, toiletries and food! A full bath with a Shower for two persons with individual controls and an luxury outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

You also receive a fresh loaf of warm homemade bread upon your arrival.
