This property was cute, clean , family and dog friendly! We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in! The trails within walking distance from the house were super cool! A perc for dog owners! The host was great to work with! We would definitely stay again! Thanks Kevin!

The location and accommodations of this property worked out very well for us: close to stores, restaurants, the airport, the interstate highway etc. Despite being an older property, the interior was very clean. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice appliances, linens, bedding, pots and pans, etc. The cupboards and fridge were well stocked, too; enough to bake a cake from scratch if we had wanted to! We even had the pleasure of meeting Kevin one day when he attempted to mow the lawn with a mower that didn't work. We had a nice chat with him in the yard. The next day the lawn somehow got mowed while we were out! It was a big improvement.Way to go, Kevin! Sending thanks via this note and wishing you many blessings and good luck on future rentals!

Kitchen was fully equiped and stocked with supplies such as spices, coffee, etc. Would have been easy to cook for ourselves but opted to explore wonderful Portland food scene. Host was very responsive when we needed assistance. Would recommend and stay again.

Off street parking was a benefit. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs. There is also a great walk in the woods for dogs nearby. Kevin was very responsive.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We spent the day in portland then returned to eat pizza and watch a movie. The beds were very comfotable, probably the best of any vrbo type stay that we have had. Definitely reccomend staying here.

Kevin’s house is great — clean, comfortable, and a well stocked kitchen. There is a small deck with a good grill, and our dog liked the fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from Portland.
