About this property
Bright & Sunny West End Apartment with Private Parking.
About this space
This sunny 3rd-floor apartment is in a historic row house that was built in 1835.
With the Portland Museum of Art and the State Theater a 5-minute walk away & the Old Port just 15, this home is steps from the best eateries, arts, and shopping the city has to offer!
When you arrive, park your car in your private spot behind the house and forget about it for a while.
The space
-In the master bedroom, there is a king-sized bed as well as a trundle bed with 2 memory foam mattresses that pull out into two twin beds.
-The cozy second bedroom features a queen-sized bed.
*That bedroom can be accessed through the master bedroom, (see pictures) as well as from a door leading from the 3rd-floor hallway. That door has its own keypad with code.
There are no other apartments on that floor of the house.
For the living room area, we have a queen floor mattress as well as a single rollaway bed available. If you need either, just let me know.
- For the little ones, I have a Pack n Play as well as a highchair available.
** There is not a full kitchen in this apartment. I have instead assembled a kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette has been stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, sugar and honey will be provided.
Other things to note
**Out of respect for our other guests & neighbors, no parties are allowed at the house.
We welcome groups of up to 5. Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.

Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Jennifer

I've moved home after living on the West Coast for 12 years. Currently residing on the beautiful East End, it is such a pleasure to have discovered that over the last decade or so this neighborhood has grown into a wonderfully diverse, safe and welcoming community. Plus, I love being able to walk to brunch and to the market! I desperately missed those outings, living in the car-centered culture of Los Angeles. It's been a wonderful experience meeting and hosting people from all over the world who are visiting Portland!
