This is a family-friendly facility. Lots of room for everyone with comfortable kitchen and furniture.Closet space and hooks for clothing and jackets. The kitchen was well-supplies so that cooking any meals was convenient. The property is also located close to the beach and there are sidewalks for great walking and running.Bedding and linen was also included. The host was kind and solicitous and a pleasure to work with.
The property was perfect for us and our grandchildren. The layout was good and we had everything we needed.
It was a short walk to the beach which was nice.
Former Imperial Beach resident who travels down a couple times a year. Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Property was clean and had everything we needed! One of the best rentals I’ve had in IB!
We had a great stay at Leslie's condo! We walked everywhere; there were some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We also walked to the beach and also trekked to the estuary. There was plenty of space for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and it was also nice that she had a pack n play we could utilize! would defiantly stay here again.
Cute condo, very clean and Leslie is amazing with her communication, very accommodating. This location is so close to the beach and walking distance to so many places to eat. Loved that I could walk every where.
Celebrated birthdays and Independence Day at Imperial Beach and it was great. Nice quiet area, but still close enough to downtown San Diego. The beach was nice, clean and relaxing. The house was a perfect size and very clean as well. We had a great time and will definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here.
Leslie has a great spot for a group or a family! Super close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Everything from the furniture to the beds were super comfortable. And secure parking! Thank you Leslie for making an already great weekend that much better.
As always had an amazing time. Love riding bikes and all walking all over. Couples massage and ended with our traditional dinner at SEA180. Thank You Leslie 😊 See you next year!
We had such a good time at Leslie's property!
The location was perfect and she was so kind and such a pleasure to work with. We spoke a few days before our visit and she let us know everything we would need to know for check in.
The townhouse is walking distance to several restaurants, a wonderful candy store across the street, and close enough to take a daily morning walk to the pier. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an amazing stay.We can't wait to visit again.
We rented this condo to stay leading up to my sister’s wedding. Ten days prior to of arrival, son broke his leg. This was problematic due to the amount of stairs need to climb to get into the condo and to get to the bedrooms. He wasn’t able to shower there because he couldn’t bend his knee to get over the tub wall. This may sound like a bad review, but it’s not. The condo was great. Great location, quiet neighborhood, cozy and amazing food places in the area. Leslie was great and attentive to any questions or concerns we had.
My bad for booking a property in Imperial Beach The property was fine and as advertised but I B has a forty year long battle with Contaminated beaches due to sewer discharge from Mexico and the military bases. Both I and My son got stomach flues the second day we were there. My advise book north of Coronado like passed Torrey pines state park.
Property has all the necessities for a comfortable stay but some of the checkout requirements are odd. We have stayed in many rental properties and I don't ever remember needing to text pictures of each room at the end. Property has a classic or vintage feel. Having a dedicated garage space made driving places so convenient but many cute and yummy places are within walking distance. Overall, a good experience.
Leslie’s condo is in a great location steps away from the beach and walking distance to the entire village. It was clean and very well stocked. Other VRBOs I have stayed in were not stocked nearly as well. I was impressed with that. Leslie was easily accessible by phone and text with any questions. If I were to ever go back that way, I’d definitely stay here again. As upstate New Yorkers who usually go south in the summer to warm ocean water, we really missed the warm water. If you don’t care about swimming in the ocean (or you can tolerate the freezing water!) - definitely book this VRBO. You won’t be disappointed.
It was definitely a well needed vacation, and it was a good place to be. You have places close by to walk! Leslie was a great host with recommendations and quick to answer any questions. We highly recommend pizzaport it's 300 steps away & the coffee/candy store across the way and tin fish on the pier!! The condo as literally on the beach well 1 block down which is perfect! The parking garage was perfect because literally no parking lol,but the down fall about imperial Beach is you can't even swim in it due to raw sewage coming from Tijuana. online it says its been like this for 40 years, as i kid i remeber swimming in it which stinks because supposedly when it rains the levels are higher & the life guards won't let you so check weather before you book,no surfers or boogy boarders. So we had to drive 35/40 minutes to a different beach which we were not hoping for..That was my downfall as i booked a year in advance for beach property..... on a good note we enjoyed walking the beach and the pier and collecting many awesome shells and sand dollars. The condo is cozy, I don't believe there's ac so it was a bit humid, but with windows open and fans on its perfect with the ocean breeze. We would definitely stay again and hope for better beach days next time.

NO A/C…Renter beware
There was a whole bunch of miscommunications and opportunities for the owner to clarify information. The whole story is too much to write but to sum it up the first night we were going to lose power, during a heat wave. I expressed concern about the temperature in the house during this time as with no power there wouldn’t be A/C. Turns out there wasn’t A/C at all. Who doesn’t have A/C in southern CA? The house was too hot to stay in, never got below 85. It doesn’t face the ocean so no cross breeze. The owner suggested we open the door, which we tried but didn’t help and wasn’t going to help cook the bedrooms upstairs. Then the owner was pretty rude and yelled at me when I was obviously concerned about the situation. I couldn’t stay there and had to make other arrangements. The owner would only refund me one night, the night there wasn’t going to be power. Renter beware. If the weather is going to be warm, as Southern CA usually is this rental isn’t for you.
The condo was very nice. It was in a great location. Had everything we needed and then some . Stuff to take to the beach , bikes to ride . It was very nice . Looking forward to do it again next year . 😊
We were visiting for a wedding and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed including a garage for the car. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Property owner was friendly and easy to work with. She even accommodated check out for our schedule. Condo is literally a bock from the beach and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend or stay again if in San Diego. Only negative was the beach was closed but not much anyone can do about that. We drove about 30 minutes north to visit other beaches.
It was great to be able to spend all day in San Diego, then come back to a place so close to the beach. Next time we will bring our Ebikes knowing we can store then in the garage.
