Listen to the ocean waves from your one-bedroom, fully-equipped, ocean view villa.

The views are spectacular!

Gated community. Minutes from the beach and from Dominical.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and patio access to the private plunge swimming pool.

NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 87 steps down to the property from the parking lot.

There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services.

We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the area’s best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.


The home is in a private, gated and exclusive neighborhood. Guests will be given an access PIN prior to arrival.

Guests will be given instructions and directions for check-in once the reservation is confrimed.

The home and the swimming pool are private.
The parking is shared and there is a set of stairs leading down to this Property and one other property, which is shared (the stairs).

A 4x4 or powerful SUV is required to access the property due to the steepness of the mountain. The road is paved however.

Pictures are accurate. Great view over Pacific. Quick access to Dominical for supplies and dining. Access from main highway is a 3-minute drive on somewhat steep and partially unpaved road. Very doable, especially with 4-wheel drive. We had a few question during our 10-night stay and the management company was easy to reach and responded quickly. We would absolutely stay there again.

Had the cutest little home and pool to relax at. Very close to a surf beach. The house was very clean and had cool screens to enjoy the fresh cool air of an evening.
