The space is adorned with classic New Smyrna Beach art, enhancing the room’s cozy theme. Here, you can unwind, engage in heartfelt conversations, or plan the day's adventures. Journey next to the master bedroom, a sanctuary of rest. Furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and equipped with a smart TV, it offers a perfect blend of leisure and entertainment. The room is a soft echo of seaside tranquility, ensuring peaceful slumbers and restful mornings.

Head back down the first hallway to find our second bedroom and bathroom of this lovely beach home. The second bedroom is a delightful retreat, featuring a plush king-size bed and a smart TV. It’s a space thoughtfully designed to be both comforting and functional, ensuring each night spent here is one of rest and rejuvenation.

The heart of Jonica Beachside is its kitchen, a realm where culinary creativity flourishes. Modern appliances and a welcoming ambiance make it a joy to prepare delightful meals and enjoy shared dining experiences with family and friends. Explore further to find a second living area that exudes a playful spirit. Equipped with a Smart TV and a collection of board games, puzzles, and a dart set, this space promises hours of entertainment, laughter, and togetherness.

Adjacent to this lively space is the third bedroom, furnished with two cozy twin beds and is tailored for friends or younger guests. This room is a bright and cheerful space where rest and fun go hand in hand. Outside, the breezeway patio is a delightful extension of Jonica Beachside’s living spaces, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the patio, a small side garden brims with natural charm, where small turtles and sea crabs have found their lush new homes.

The patio itself invites you to indulge in a variety of pleasures, from dining under the shaded patio, engaging in playful dart games, to planning leisurely bike rides around the picturesque surroundings of New Smyrna Beach. It’s a space thoughtfully designed to enhance your outdoor living experience, ensuring that every moment spent here is filled with joy and contentment.

Jonica Beachside is a mere 3-minute stroll from the beach, a 3-minute drive from the local grocery store and a 5-minute drive (biking distance!) from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue.

If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties.

For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family. Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $175 a week or $250 for a month long rental. This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
