Beautiful Ocean & Beach Front Condo~Sleeps 5 - Amazing Views!
Welcome to the The Dawn By The Sea. Whether you want a day at the beach or relax poolside at one of the 2 pools on the property. You will have plenty of space to cook in this full size kitchen. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The bedroom has a Q-size Tempur-Pedic bed, oversized closet, mounted Smart TV & designated work space. The living room has on oversized Q sofabed with a Wall mount 55 in Smart TV with wifi and basic cable. Two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, and gated parking. The pool doesn't open until 1:00pm on Mondays for maintenance.Sit back and relax in the over sized Adirondack chairs on the balcony and enjoy the evening and watch the magniificant sunsets, or just wind down your day and enjoy the ocean breeze. Just minutes from a variety of dining spots, shopping areas, and attractions such as Moody Gardens, Galveston Convention Center, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Island Pleasure Pier, The Strand and the Ferry.
