Hi Sherry Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. I am deeply sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your vacation on the island. Your experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and I apologize. Regarding the pest issues, I regret that this occurred during your stay. As soon as the situation was brought to my attention, I took immediate steps to address it twice by wiping down the areas you mention muskrat and by arranging for professional pest control services. I also mentioned we had a guest 2 weeks prior your stay that didn’t mentioned any pest issues with me and one day after your check out we deep cleaned and had another guest check in who stayed for 5 days left without any issues as well. We saw the broken microwave plate that was left when you check out my team and I will replaced it. It is never our intention for guests to feel anything less than relaxed and cared for during their stay. I will be taking further measures to ensure that these issues are fully resolved and do not occur again in the future. While I am grateful you found my communication helpful, I deeply regret that your vacation did not meet your expectations Again, I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
