Winter Park Chalet w/private hot tub, bus & bike

Close to bus route, close to mountain biking, ski mountain, restaurants, three World-Class Nordic Centers, Gold-medal fishing, and the largest lake system in Colorado. Two car garage with work space; great stereo hook up and private hot tub. (AIRBNB is now struggling to figure out how to take out taxes on this property. In the mean time, taxes will need be paid "separately" so that additional fees will be added equal to 11%.)

Comfortable Rendezvous property with full amenities.

Total house access.

We'd love to give you advise on what to do and where to go. We're only 20 miles away from Grand Lake---the State's largest lake system.

Rendezvous neighborhood, between Winter Park and Fraser.

On the Winter Park bus route, about a mile from the best grocery store.
No street parking. See rules in briefing book. No pets without fees and prior approval. All guests staying longer than two weeks must pay for full cleaning and linens change every two weeks during their stay, in advance.
