Quaint, with a big personality, I'm located by the water/all the best attractions, ideal for my love of socializing. I boast an updated kitchen to fill my obsession with home cooked meals, and have a couch & TV with streaming if I want to embrace my fondness for a nice night in. I crave organization, and therefore have a place for everything.

We were a little hesitant when we saw the reviews. But I have to tell you it's the cutest little studio. Very clean. Great communication with Vince.
Hope I.

Liked: Amenities, communication
Adequate and clean, but significantly smaller and more cramped than photos implied. The ceiling was only about 6', so anybody taller than that would have a problem there. Now we know why it's called "Hobbit House".
Also, it looked like someone (not a professional) had done renovations poorly. Finally, the house smells overwhelmingly of room freshener, and it never dissipated even with windows open.
I can't recommend this property. We asked for an early check in as our flight arrived at 9 am. I offered to even pay more for it. The first two communications attempts were completely ignored. The third was answered with "you can't have a late check out" and the fourth with you can't have an early check in. I could have dismissed that. However, the heat did not work in the place. We would wake up to a house the low 50's. So for this I contacted the owners (who sent me back to the poor communicating property manager). I was told to turn up the air conditioning. I explained again that we had no heat... No one came out and checked anything. I read the online manual for the unit and tried every possible combination to get it to work. The unit did not work the entire time we were there. We finally left the unit early and checked into a hotel so we could wake up to a warm place. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company.
