The house was adorable plenty of room for two families. The patio deck is great for entertaining and grilling. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from FSU, Doak Campbell Stadium and the airport.

Bryan and his family were wonderful guests. Communication was easy and pleasant from start to finish, and they were very respectful of the house rules. Amenities Disappointment

I left Brandon a private message expressing the disappointment in the amenities listed, providing time for him to update the amenities before posting a review. * There is no hot tub. There is an old bathtub collecting weeds under the deck. * There is no patio furniture. * There is no door between the master bedroom and bath making it awkward when you’re sharing the property with friends and when the led bathroom light flickers all night long and cannot be turned off. * The secondary bedroom with twin and queen beds, the queen is hard. Overall, a very clean property and very nice host. Please update the listing and this would be an accurately advertised home. Thank you!

Hi Sharan, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Also, my apologies about the hot tub listing - I must have accidentally included it while listing the property. If you're ever in Tallahassee, I'd be happy to offer you a free night's stay as a thank you for your interest! Just shoot me a message, text, or call to check availability. The master bedroom bathroom now has a beautiful farmhouse door for added privacy. Just to clarify about the patio furniture, I do have some, but I keep the cushions stored inside to protect them from the elements. One last update: I've ordered a new bed for the third bedroom. Thanks again for your interest.
