This was an awesome stay and the host was easily contacted. Awesome property and close to everything. Would recommend Old Silver Beach, a bit away but amazing.

Great family time

We stayed 3 nights. It was nice to do laundry after traveling before. Everything is new and well kept. Great kitchen to take a night off of eating out. Very close to the ferry to Nantucket.

Nice stay.

The property was in a great location and walking distance to everything. It was not an entire home as listed, but there were offices and an upstairs rental in the same building. We also ran into issues with the door not locking. After an initial frustrating communication with the VRBO messaging we contacted the host who had a prompt response and was out replacing the lock first thing the next morning. Would recommend the property.

Great location in Hyannis

This property is in a terrific location, especially for walkers. The house is beautifully redone, the showers are phenomenal and the beds are comfortable! We did have some issues, including with a lack of accuracy in what is posted (no table, no fire pit, etc.), as well as the washing machine was unusable. Due to Wi-Fi issues, I had to go outside and use my data plan to communicate with the management company. They did respond and try to rectify what they could. They seemed open to my suggestions. It would have been nice if an adjustment in payment would have been offered, but we did have a nice time nevertheless.

Place was clean. You cant see water from the house. Only from road out front. You can walk to Main Street and the harbor. This is a three unit building. Luckily people were only upstairs for 2 days when we arrived. Dish washer did not work. Luckily we did not make many dishes. Weeds not properly addressed.
