Stunning luxurious 80 m2 (915 ft2) in the heart of Odeon, Quartier Latin in Paris. It is a beautiful, one of a kind French appartement with the same wall tapestry that are in Château de Versailles, a true authentic unique French experience, a place that will take you back in time and echoes the French nobility. Staying in this place, in the heart of Paris, is a bit like staying in a room in a castle, except that is it a whole flat.
Located in the safest and most beautiful area in Paris, the appartement is bright and high standard.
The flat is on the third floor (no elevator).
It has a massive bedroom with a luxurious and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has a big bath-tube.
The living room is very spacious and the sofa has just been replaced and is brand new. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room.
There is also a mezzanine in the other room with a real bed that was custom made. You get to the mezzanine by taking the stairs that are displayed on the pictures.
The flat is literally just a bridge crossing away from the Marais and is the best area to stay in Paris for sightseeing. This neighborhood lies the 6th arrondissement, which is one of the best Paris arrondissements for your trip. It’s on the left banks of the Seine, rive gauche.
The Seine is just right there, waiting for picnics, walks, and the real obligatory Seine Cruise

You are very close to several tube stations :
Line 4 : Odéon
Line 7 : Pont Neuf
Bus line : 58 that go to Hôtel de Ville.
You are at the very heart of the most luxurous area in Paris. Litteraly 10 minutes away from the famous Luxembourg Garden and only a few minutes walk from Église Saint Sulpice, seconds away from all the restaurants and cafés in Odéon (rue de Seine, rue de Buci etc), Quai des grands Augustin and the famous restaurant Lapérouse is only 1 minute away, 5 minutes from Saint Germain des Prés and Saint Michel.
I personnaly like to walk everywhere from that place because it is close to pretty much everything : you can walk to the Louvre by crossing the Seine and then go to Jardin des Tuileries (15 minutes walk).
Or you can walk straight to the Marais (20 minutes walk) through Notre Dame which is a very pleasant walk to do.
