Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all beds unmade. Load and start any leftover dishes in the dishwasher. Put all used towels in the washer but do not start. Take all trash with you, NOT to be left in the garage.
If grill is used, please clean after use.
Put thermostat on 75 in the summer, 65 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove bedding and leave at foot of bed. Leave all towels by the washer.
If there are dishes left on departure day please start the dishwasher before leaving.
Please take out all trash on departure day.

Weekend Getaway

This place was amazing and perfect for our family. Really recommend for anyone looking to stay for a weekend or vacation and really close to everything you need. The host was very helpful when it came to checking in/out.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home for Texas Tech graduation! The house is brand new, impeccably clean, and provided all the comfort and convenience we needed for our one-night stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion—highly recommended!

Perfect house for the night before my big day! :)

I stayed in this house with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding! It was BEAUTIFUL and Samantha even left me flowers and a card congratulating me on my wedding. Great house and safe area, loved it!
