Excellent Stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach. Our room was cozy, clean and beautiful!! We loved our view of the ocean and the size of the balcony. It was so nice to park our vehicle in the covered parking lot and not have to get it out again as shops, eats and entertainment is in walking distance!! We will be back!

Location was great. In walking distance to several places to eat and just steps to the beach. Check in was simple. The condo had everything we needed. It was perfect for the two of us. Kind of small for a family. It was clean. The only suggestion is to get updated furniture especially the dining table and chairs.

Sunrise Bliss on the 7th Floor

Our recent stay at Sunrise Beach was an absolute delight, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect beach retreat. From the moment we stepped into our clean and welcoming condo, it was clear that this would be a vacation to remember. The pool was a definite highlight for our family, and the kids loved every moment of it. Whether it was splashing around or soaking up the sun, the pool added an extra layer of fun to our beach experience!

Loved it!

Being on the 7th floor provided us with breathtaking views from the balcony. Waking up to the sight of the sunrise over the beach and enjoying the views throughout the day added an extra layer of magic to our stay. A clean and well-maintained condo, amazing views from the 7th floor balcony, and a pool that the kids adored – it all came together to create a perfect beach getaway. We highly recommend Sunrise Beach to anyone seeking a stress-free and memorable vacation by the sea. We can't wait to return for more sunrise bliss in the future!

This unit was a very pleasant surprise in decor! It has been updated and it was very clean and cozy. The king bed was not comfortable at all and the lower location to water activities, left us unable to enjoy the balcony in the afternoons. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Relaxation

Wonderful experience. Easy parking. Unloading was a breeze due to the ample amount of luggage carts available. The room was directly across from the elevator. Two levels above the pool deck. Seven levels above the beach. Unit was clean, well stocked with anything you should need.

We had a wonderful beach vacation with a responsive owner, though the small second bedroom, poorly designed trundle bed, and unavailable Kid Zone were minor disappointments.

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our beach vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the location was wonderful. There were only a couple of minor issues. The second bedroom was very small, and the trundle bed was not a great fit for the space. When the trundle was pulled out, the bedroom door could not be fully closed. A bunk bed setup would likely work much better in a room of that size. My kids were especially excited about the Kid Zone area, so it was disappointing to find that it was not operational during our stay. One thing I really appreciated was the owner's responsiveness. The hair dryer in our unit was not working, and after I contacted them, they promptly provided us with a brand-new replacement. Despite a few inconveniences, we had a wonderful trip and would consider staying here again.

We completely understand how space can feel tighter once the trundle is pulled out, and we appreciate the suggestion about a bunk setup as we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. I’m also sorry the Kid Zone was unavailable during your stay. Unfortunately, resort amenity updates and temporary closures are sometimes outside of our control, but we completely understand how disappointing that can be, especially when the kids are excited for it. We’re glad we could quickly get the hair dryer replaced for you and that these small inconveniences didn’t take away from your overall trip. We had the absolute best stay!! The condo was clean, comfy, and everything we could have asked for! Morgan was a fantastic host and we would love to come back and stay again!! Highly recommend this rental!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
