Cabin close to GNP

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin! It was very close to the west entrance of GNP but nestled in the woods with only a few cabins close by. Had some amazing dinners in Whitefish which is about 20 minutes away. The cabin was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We were greeted by our hosts on arrival who were on site should we need anything which we did not. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect for family trip to Glacier

This property was a great home base for our trip to Glacier National Park. It was a quick drive to the west entrance of the park. Cabin was clean and provided the space we needed for our family of 4. Check in and check out were both easy. Communication with owner was great. Would choose to stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great place near west entrance to Glacier

Great place for the two of us. Excellent communication from the host and advise for our stay! The downstairs bedroom is very small, but we used the loft to store our clothes and suitcase. Only negative is the refrigerator noise since so close to bedroom, but we were able to close bedroom door so we wouldn't hear the noise. Thank you for a great stay!

What a great location!!

While visiting Glacier National Park for a few days, we thought this would be a great location and we were right! While very close to the West entrance, the location offered a place away from the crowds and the quiet of forest. After a day of hiking, we enjoyed just sitting on the front porch & taking in the view of the forest. The cabin itself was appropriately stocked and very clean. We would consider this location in the future.

The Ridge at Glacier

This property was everything you could ask for and more. The cleanliness of the cabin is what stood out to me. Property managers were easy to communicate with, and the location of the property is very convenient. Twenty minutes to the airport and roughly ten minutes to the west entrance of Glacier National. I would recommend this property to anybody!

Cabinfantastico!

This place is great. Close to Glacier but feels away from everything. I thought it was much better than the glamping place down the road.

A wonderful get-away cabin in the woods!

Just a really wonderful place in the restful woods! True A-frame cozy cabin feel, surrounded by peaceful woods. There are 4 other cabins on the property but you are spread out enough to not even notice them much. Super clean, lots of amenities that many vrbo's don't have (shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent). Plenty of cooking utensils, salt/pepper/oil/coffee and filters too. First floor bedroom is a bit snug so my husband and I went in the loft and each took a bed; our teenage son slept in the first floor bedroom. Rocking chairs on porch and picnic table in the sun are great touches. Highly recommend this almost brand-new cabin !

Perfect stay!

We stay here for our hub to tour the west side of GNP. It was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved their “upstairs space” and we liked having the kitchen to make meals and laundry availability. It was clean, check in/out was smooth, and the proximity to the park was exactly what we needed. We liked the privacy, but the only thing that would make it better, is to chop down a few of the trees to have a view of the mountains.

Family Trip

It is a great cabin. It was close enough for our activities but allowed us to feel the quietness of the area. We sat outside and looked at the stars while recovering from our daily hikes at Glacier. We had 4 adults and it was comfortable. We did mot want to leave and go back to the real world. It was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes from our 2 week trip. I would stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.

Home Away from Home!

We had a fabulous time in Glacier! It was so nice to come home to this beautiful cabin after a long day of hiking. It was decorated beautifully! Super clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The host was super helpful and so nice to talk with. We were able to navigate around the 6:00 am.- 5:00 pm entrance passes so it worked out perfect. If we know of anyone who is traveling that way we will definitely recommend these cabins. Patty Mapa

HOW THE RIDGE CAME TO BE…
Jessica and her family began looking for the perfect spot to build their dream resort in 2013. Finding the perfect piece of land, THE RIDGE AT GLACIER was developed into a five cabin resort to share with park visitors the glory of northwestern Montana.

Why they chose this property

THE RIDGE AT GLACIER
In 2013 Jessica found the perfect spot, a piece of pristine, untouched land on a ridge at the end of a county road one mile off U.S. 2, and only eight miles from the West Glacier park entrance! In Montana terms, that’s right next door.

The project began in 2014. The design layout resulted in a secluded feel where each cabin looks off an expansive front porch across the downhill slope at the amazing mountain vistas across from The Ridge. The builder brought forth the finest design elements and craftsmanship to make your stay a visual treat as well as a functional one. Come on out and let us share our dream with you!

This cabin was built to ensure you a comfortable and luxurious yet homey stay. It was designed with an open layout of fully functional kitchen, dining area, and living room surrounding a cozy propane fireplace. The kitchen has all of your dishes, utensils, some standard spices, microwave, and coffee maker, in addition to the full size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and disposal. Just pick up your groceries at the local grocery in Hungry Horse. They sell wine and beer as well choice cuts of meat for the grill, fresh produce, local coffee, a selection of organic items, and all the staples you might need.

This cabin at The Ridge has three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. It has a full bath with laundry downstairs. Each room in the cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and its own thermostat control and electric heating unit. So if you’re traveling with friends, everyone stays comfortable. Rest well on your king or queen size beds snuggled up in your comforter in a room décor designed to make your decision to jump out of bed a tough choice. The upstairs bedrooms have beautiful handcrafted dormers with views of the peaks and the side windows will remind you that you just woke up in the beautiful woods of Montana.

What makes this property unique

This property resides at the end of a Kickbusch Lane providing both privacy and serenity. Many properties in the area are directly along U.S. Highway 2. Those properties are neither private nor serene. The Ridge At Glacier offers pristine beauty in its natural setting with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. If you are looking for the perfect balance of nature and convenience, this is the place for you!
