Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check out is 10:00am. Text "216 Out" to 831-707-8579 to send a cleaning crew to begin. Often times a new guest is arriving the same day and services will need enough time to prepare.

Please start a load of towels. They take the longest to dry. Thank you

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking on patios due to flammable wood buildings and grassy areas. smoking only in parking lots. This is a quiet community. No loud noises.

Do not walk on the grassy dunes. They are there to protect the buildings from erosion and high tides. Use beach access door in center of compound.

Observe check out of 10 A.M. and check in of 3 P.M. due to cleaning company operations. If available, early check-in can be arranged with owner

Great location,lovely home. Our multi generational family had a wonderful time. Beach chairs, kites, everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach is there. Check in was easy. The Primary shower is tricky to get to the right temperature, the host warned us of this as we prepared to check in, a minor thing. Ultimately, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Place was nice but dishwasher not working and shower in master bath not working well. Wish I had known this before I rented the place and should’ve been given a credit for these issues. Not happy with all the extra charges VRBO adds on to the rental price.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Once the dishwasher was reported to have issues we put in a service request to have it looked at and found that it was opened mid-cycle and only needed to be reset. The shower pipes are 50 years old and can be a bit sticky. We will be remodeling that bathroom this winter. As for the extra charges VRBO adds on, we have no control over that. One of the charges is a 14% hotel tax by the county.

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The perfect setting ......pond in one direction and sea grasses and the beach in the other direction. Pajarro Dunes is a one of a kind complex on the coast and is very close to Santa Cruz beach and Boardwalk. Also very close Monterey Aquarium and Pacific Grove.... as well as Carmel and Point Lobos.It was hard to visit everything that was close. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the comfy unit and fireplace. If we forgot anything, there was a market and Target within a few minutes. Lovely place. Lovely stay!
