This beautiful 4 bedroom two story home is situated in Bass Lake Estates in the heart of Kissimmee. Bass Lake Estates is a small, beautifully maintained community and is one of the closest to Orlando’s main attractions. Relax at this location where it’s hard to imagine you are only a short drive to the main gates of Disney. Hwy 192 is only two minutes away, offering a 24 hour Wal-Mart, shops and restaurants.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home. There is a games room in the garage.

Bass lakes estate villa

Lovely villa, easy to get around without a car. The rental company are very quick to return to you with any problems, the pool was not heated but i messaged them & it was sorted within an hour. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Craig we all really enjoyed our holiday.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The pool was amazing for our kids ages 4-11. We all thoroughly enjoyed the garage games room as well! Very close to stores such as Walmart for shopping trips. Quiet street. Fantastic time!

We all had a great time. The house was very clean and roomy; the girls loved the pool. There is a game room, but there were no balls to play or playing pieces to play the games. Other than that it was great! I would stay there again!

The stay at the property was nice, however it can use some upgrades .The shower is not equipped for seniors. The ice maker needs a new filter it leaks. The oven needed cleaning it smoked the whole house up. All and all the stay was nice.

Spacious Home

The house was large and well-appointed. I thought it was very clean. The neighborhood was decent. We had no problems. The pool was amazing. The kids loved it! We ended up not bringing our dog, which was good since the yard is small. However, there is a very nice privacy fence that was a huge benefit. The ping pong table was broken, but it wasn’t a big deal because we were so busy we hardly used the game room. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a convenient location to Walt Disney World as well as to Universal. The house is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Only a couple of drawbacks: We only had four bath towels and two washcloths, although the house accommodates eight. The other drawback is that there were no consumables at all. We are accustomed to staying in rentals that have at least one roll of paper towels, at least one extra roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, at least one dishwasher load's worth of detergent, and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid (for hand washing dishes).

Thank you for your review. In regards to the towels, we found all of them in the linen closet. All 12 towels were in the house. If a guest has a problem like this, they need to contact the property management company and we will help them out. As regards to the items they are used to seeing in a rental home, our letter to the guest as part of the check in information explains what items are not included with the rental. So it would not have been a surprise to the guest.

The Good: Very clean, accurate description, nice pool, great for dogs, excellent mattresses and bedding, easy access to hwy 192 and all the attractions, very close to huge Walmart, good kitchen (well equipped) The Rest: We experienced a leaking fridge, non-working clothes washer, broken recliner, and the pool heater was not turned on until we reminded management. Neighbor on one side had loud music but it was over by 10 PM. Management came out right away to look at the fridge but was not able to fix the washer, new one ordered. Overall an OK stay

This place was great for what we needed it for. However, it could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. The screened in pool area is a bit deteriorated. The couch was extremely dirty. There was tons of dog fur, crumbs, popcorn, even someone's old vape found in the couch. There is a special cleaning fee for bringing animals. However, there was golden retriever hair all over the the fabric couch. All over the comforters in the upstairs bedroom. The cleaning is not up to par. The master bath tub did not drain properly. So dirt was left to accumulate on the floor of the tub. The front door did not latch properly so you could push it open if it wasn't locked. We only stayed for 3 days and 2 maintenance people came unannounced. One even stating he had to come in, which we declined.

Family vacation

Communication was good, they accommodated us last minute as our trip was a last minute decision, the pool was luke warm but not heated, enough towels and toiletries to start us off, no sponge in the kitchen but there is a walmart nearby so no biggy, the house had everything we needed but some things need to updated: the pots and pans are horrible, I mean so bad I had to buy my own cookware to cook for my family; shower liners were old and need to be replaced, and that poor sofa has seen better days and needs to retire. Outdoor area is perfect and it's sunny for hours! So perfect to get in some fun in the sun! The door alarm is annoying but very helpful when you have small kids. The beds are great!! Well at least the master bed was comfy! Hubby slept like a baby lol Overall we had a really good time, enough space for everyone to be together when needed and separate when needed lol we will definitely come again (Hopefully they fix the items that need attention)

Located in a neighborhood near Walmart and other shops. The house was clean with a quality washer and dryer. the beds were comfortable. The themed kids bedrooms were well done. The bathrooms were clean and functioned well with good storage space and closet space. The kitchen had space to store food and a very The pool was a good size for our group. The patio out back has ample lounge chairs and an umbrella table with chairs. The rental management team responded quickly to our questions. Opportunities The king bed rooms could use seating and a small desk. The living room would benefit from more seating. There is plenty of room for it. The tv hung on the wall in the LR needs a storage unit under it. Our grandson cut his head on the corner of the TV since he was able to walk under it. The kitchen countertop needs the laminate glued down in some places before it breaks. The kitchen could use some updated flatware. The set was very small in size. A new can opener would be great too.
