The condominium was clean, with beautiful views. The only issue was the teflon pots and pans were all scratched up. We had to buy our own while there. Which we shouldn’t have had to do. Also there s/b enough kitchen garbage bags for the week another thing we had to purchase. All in all we would stay here again. The host was very responsive when we needed to contact them. Also there are 3 elevators but only one was working most of the time. Which was not ideal for trying to get out luggage and everything else we bought in.

So sorry for the inconvenience on the pots and pans, I would've definitely had some sent to you for your stay, and will be more than happy to refund them if you left them. The owner checked in right after you and I will contact him on this. I try to inform all guest that we supply certain items( trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hrs after arrival but if your stay is longer than 2 days here are suggestions on items to purchase, I will definitely check the instructions for Jade East to make sure this is in the information and correct if it is not. Elevators, sorry out of my control. The condo has replace with 2 brand new ones and unfortunately there are bugs to still work out but they try to make sure that at least one is working correctly. There are engineers onsite to help until everything is working perfectly. I was happy to here that the condo was clean and you enjoyed the views and I really hope you got a chance to enjoy the beach. Winter Stay In a Beautiful Spot

Family Vacay 2025

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 2 couples traveling with 4 kids. The sleeper sofa was perfect for the teenager, and the bunk bedroom was perfect for the littler kids. The 2 adult bedrooms are also on opposite ends for privacy. Beautiful corner views of the ocean. The beach is closer than it appears in the photos. We had a Great stay.
They arranged a special surprise for the anniversary couple.

We so enjoyed our stay in Destin at Jade East Towers. The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoy our breakfasts and dinners on the balcony. The pool is gorgeous and just a short walk to the beautiful beach!! DeWanna, the property manager was phenomenal to work with for our stay. Our family had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and inviting. It also had everything we could need for are stay, including beach chairs and umbrella’s. The property is well maintained. The check in process was very easy. The condo was super organized and neat, beds comfortable and more than enough towels for our group. Use of a washer and dryer was also great. Jade East's Finest

We have stayed in several Jade East condos through the years and have plenty of family that also stay here frequently. This is easily one of the nicest units in the building. Everyone loved our view with palm trees right at eye level along with the beach. It was beautiful, well-kept, and had all of the amenities we would ask for. Our host was very responsive and ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with as well. Thank so much for a great week making memories!

Perfect for Families

We came down to Destin simply looking for a beach vacation for some fun in the sun. We have 4 little ones - ages from 7 years old to 7 months old. We also had a set of grandparents with us. The condo itself was wonderful, completely matching the description and the pictures with the posting. It was well equipped, including items for the beach (toys and chairs). The views from the condo were fantastic. It was perfect for the size of our group, giving everybody enough space. The complex itself was also great - plenty of space at the pool and beach. The complex seemed to be centrally located as well. I would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Destin.
