Enjoy all that B-Town has to offer at our house, located a short three minute walk from campus. Make our place your base as you enjoy the sights, restaurants, bars, and all the fun in Bloomington. Your family and friends will love the cozy large bedrooms and the relaxing fenced in back yard with plenty of seating. You might just see a cardinal or a buck! Prepare for that IU tailgate in the well-appointed kitchen, or catch Game Day on the big screen. We have a fun, vibrant neighborhood! We are surrounded by lovely private homes, but we are a few short minutes from campus and all of the fun that Bloomington offers. It's very easy to navigate by car, but there is public transportation via the Bloomington Transit bus system, which picks up a block away from the house. Lyft and Uber are always available in this busy college town. We have one private parking spot in the back of our property. Turn on to the alley right before you arrive at our house, and you can park one vehicle under the carport there. Also, we have one parking permit available for your use while you are visiting so that you can park on the street outside of our house.

Great location, updated decor with all the amenities. The perfect spot for alumni wanting to visit campus and have fun. Excellent host. Highly highly recommend.
The home made for a perfect weekend for 6 adults. The gathering spaces were lovely and welcoming. the yard, fantastic. We had plenty of space to cozy up in the living room or play games at the dining room table. It is a beautiful historic home with wonderful updates. Would definitely stay again.
We rented the property for the weekend of Sept. 6-8 to visit my daughter attending IU and spend the weekend with her. The house was a perfect fit for us - 2 adults and 2 teenagers with bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and 2 nice full-size bathrooms for everyone. The common spaces were likewise perfect, with a nice kitchen area and dining area for food prep and eating, a living room up front, and a "3-season" room, leading to fenced-in outdoor space. We took advantage of all of it, including the outdoor grill to cook out Saturday night. This is in a neighborhood with what looks like lots of student housing, but the surroundings were very quiet and we were never disturbed in any sense of the way. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, giving a very "home" feel to the stay. Check in and use of the keyless entry, the wi-fi and parking accommodations were all as advertised and more. The Owners were attentive and responsive, and made everything from start to finish seamless and an absolute pleasure. I give this property 5 starts across the board and would encourage anyone looking for a weekend (or longer) visit with your student, or simply a nice respite in a fun college town for a get-a-way, to consider staying here. I'm certainly looking forward to staying here again in the future.
