This beautiful farm house offers a brand new swimming pool with a covered large deck so . Inside is a large, vaulted living, dining, and kitchen area. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths along with an office area off to the side of the master suite with large game room. All this on 30 acres which is completely fenced also has a pond perfect for family to spend time fishing. Experience a truly unforgettable getaway surrounded by serene landscapes and a peaceful ambiance. Whether you're seeking solitude, quality time with loved ones , or an unforgettable celebration.

We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse for the weekend! Our extended family met here from Illinois and Michigan to attend a wedding. We loved the atmosphere and the overall stay was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were clean and welcomed amenities!

Fantastic Country Property

Our family booked the property over the weekend while we attended my youngest son's wedding at a venue, nearby in Leonard. It is a great place in the country. the property is clean and very spacious. It is only 10 minutes from Bonham, where you can find anything you may need while in the area and only 35 minutes from Mc Kinney. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. we thorughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great house in Bonham

The house is just as pictured. It was perfect for my sister’s family and mine. Plenty of space to hang out. We loved the pool table. Sadly, it was too cold and breezy to appreciate the porch, pool or hot tub. Everything was clean! The house was fully stocked for the 7 of us. The paint and towels could use some updating. Pulling in/out of the barely marked street from a 75mph road in the dark was a bit scary but we relied on our GPS to know when to turn. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bonham.
