Escape to the quiet charm on the edge of Cedar Rapids while enjoying all the comforts of home. Nestled on a peaceful 1-acre this beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a perfect place to relax, reconnect and unwind.This home comfortably accommodates 5 guests and features a fully equipped and new kitchen, comfortable living spaces, high speed WiFi, Smart TV's and everything you need for a relaxing stay. In support of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This helps us reduce water, energy, and detergent use.There is a security camera on the outside of the garage facing the driveway.

The city will not pick up trash and recycling that are not seperated. If the cleaning team has to dispose of the trash and recycling, there will be a 50.00 fee to dispose.
The is a 100% no smoking rule for the home. If this is violated, there will be a 300.00 fine. Thank you for respecting this rule.
Anything damaged or missing from the home will be charged at replacement cost. Our home is furnished with light, high quality bedding. Guests are financially responsible for the replacement.

Lovely little place for our girls weekend. Bedrooms are spacious, we did our own cooking for the most part so the kitchen had everything we needed. Already thinking about coming back next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped. One of our favorite parts was enjoying drinking coffee on the back porch and enjoying the wildlife. We saw lots of beautiful birds, several deer, and even a groundhog! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is an excellent property! Incredibly clean, stylish upgrades and lots of fun stuff to do! Games galore and even a ping pong table in the basement! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the Iowa Equestrian Center.
