The house was very clean and inviting. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen appliances, utensils and coffee to toiletries and towels. We had 4 couples drive in from different cities and there was plenty of parking. The walk to Czech Village and Newbo City Market was a delight with lots of small, fun shops and a number of eateries we enjoyed. It was just what we needed for a quick getaway where we could relax with longtime friends.

We loved our stay in the Czech Village! The house was very clean and fit our group of 7 very well. It was so nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Mark was very responsive before and during our stay. He worked with us on our schedule to make our stay even better. We are so thankful for all his accommodations. And probably the best part of stay... Walking distance to our favorite breakfast place, Lucky's on 16th. It's the best! Parking was great. We all had parking spaces. The patio was a perfect place to visit and enjoy each other's company. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had the items we needed for our stay. It was simply wonderful!

Everything was ready and very clean. Although things looked sparse- I was surprised at how we had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as Kleenex, enough TP, trash bags, an Iron, spices, dishes, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. Didn’t have to run and get a thing.

We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. Parking was very convenient. The house was clean with an abundance of amenities, plenty of towels, washcloths, and hygiene products. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, pots, and pans. The beds were comfortable and our family really enjoyed the stay. We would rent again if in the area.

Great spot for overflow family guests and pets. Location is great, especially when we needed an afternoon outing to Newbo Market and Lion Bridge Brewery to give our hosts a break from the chaos of 20+ guests. Would recommend!
