Well maintained older home. Would be excellent for larger group. We are a retired couple whose smaller rental cancelled a week before our Memorial Day stay. This was last property available in Cedar Rapids, but worked out well as far as location and comfort. The only possible complaint would be no television in upstairs living room.

Clean but not comfortable

Inside was very clean. Outdoor sitting area was dirty and not at all maintained. I would have enjoyed sitting outside otherwise. All the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and squeaky. The upstairs furniture was pieced together- springs in the couch broken, coffee table was wobbly. It was all clean though. Kitchen had everything I could possibly need as did the restroom and laundry facilities. WiFi worked well. Lots of clean linens-very nice. Downstairs couches were very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with sidewalks. I would say I would stay there again if not for the back breaker mattresses.
