This property was amazing and so cute. Very clean had everything we needed and so close to everything. The communication from the host was amazing. The backyard was so cute with lights and a table to sit around. We loved our stay.

This is a charming place right near Czech Village. Kadia was a gracious host and even made a special trip over to allow me access to laundry (not advertised) since I had been camping in the days prior.

The property was clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly how to access the property, lock up, where to park, etc. It was an easy process and I would highly recommend.

This was my first experience with a vacation rental, and based on my stay with Kadia, I’d do it again. Any time I messaged with questions, she responded immediately. The home was clean, and very well kept. After my first day, I actually felt at home! Five star!!!

Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.
