Quiet private house, large pool, 3 Bedroom mountain view on 1 acre. Convenient 5 minute drive to Uvita markets and 5 km to Ballena Marine National Park or 4 km to Playa Hermosa. Surrounded by lush forest and open mountain views , you'll see birds, monkeys and hear the soft murmur of the Rio Morete. Known as the Green House, the owners and hosts live nearby to meet your needs. Swimming pool suitable for laps. 4x4 drive is necessary.
The house is a quality wood house of 980 square feet. About 7 years old, it was built by Eco Maderas, a local and renowned company building exclusively with wood. The simplicity of design, high ceilings, and natural building material blend comfortably with the dense forest, mature garden, inviting pool, sloping long-abandoned cattle raising pasture, and distant mountain ridges. Explore the immediate surroundings simply by walking the various roads in all directions at various times and distances or hop in your car for a short drive to the nearby beaches, waterfalls, or town amenities. Or, just hang out on your own porch, in your own hammock, in your own pool.

Great cozy home!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Tucked away in some really great foliage with a perfectly sized pool. So peaceful and cozy. Couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful Location in Uvita!

This home was perfect for us! It was in a private location. I've never been a bird watcher until now. There were so many different birds and one tree had five toucans at once. We were able to see a Jesus lizard. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing. The home was very comfortable, safe, had air conditioning with a washer and dryer like we have in the US and a kitchen stocked with supplies needed for cooking. The owners were so sweet and kind and were always available for questions. Would highly recommend!
