We had an amazing stay here! Though the home needs updating, it was very clean and spacious. The best part? The million dollar view from the large, covered deck! We spent most mornings and evenings here watching the sunrise and sunset. Simply beautiful!! We would definitely stay again.

We had great stay!The view of the ocean was amazing; could see sunrise and sunsets, just beautiful. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained and welcoming; pool is heated. The beach is just a short walk away. The condo itself is clean and well maintained with amenities as described in the listing. Received communications early about check in and response time to questions was quick. There was construction going while we were there, shows the commitment to upkeep and safety of the condominium complex.

The door to the master bedroom stuck when closed. For 2 days of our stay, we had to leave the condo due to extreme noise right outside our condo due to construction.

Key West Get Away

We have been to Key West several times but usually for the day or only 2-3 nights. We had another friend join us and it was so nice to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean and activities along S Rosevelt Blvd. We had access to a golf cart and loved exploring Key West! The Condo was perfect for our needs.

CLEAN,COMFORTABLE,CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS HAVING TO DRIVE HALF WAY ACROSS THE ISLAND TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF KEYS. DID FIND SOME ANTS AS WELL.

It is across from the best beach in Key West and is an easy bike ride to anywhere on the island.The condo is a little worn and could use a few items either repaired or updated but these things are not enough to not stay here. The rental agents are very responsive to problems.

I only had two complaints. The toilets could be replaced, and the second bedroom had two beds that were uncomfortable and too small for an adult.

Great location! Directly across the street from Smathers Beach. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub.The condo is nicely laid out, kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and had beach towels and a couple of beach chairs.The furniture on the porch is nice quality but oversized. There were only 3 of us but with a large counter-top-height, 6 person table and 2 large rocking chairs we had trouble enjoying sitting out there. Also, the traffic was noisy as were occupants below us starting at 6 am. Might be worth using a white noise machine when sleeping in the master bedroom.No lights in the dining/living room worked. The dining table fan/light remote battery was dead (we replaced that ourselves) and the only lamp in LR was missing a turn knob. Maintenance was responsive, pleasant and fixed the lamp.Finally, the gated property caused us a lot of hassles. The code we were given to access the property upon our arrival did not work, no one answered the intercom button or the text/phone for the property mgmt. We had to sit outside until someone needed in and followed them. We were to use a remote button key-fob to enter the property the rest of the week but they only gave us one so we had to coordinate activities all week (even a simple morning run or time at the beach) with all 3 of us to make sure we could all have access to the property. We called mgmt. to ask if we could get another fob or a code but never received an answer to our request.Overall a great stay!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a perfect up close ocean view! The pool and hot tub on site were comfortable, not crowded, with plenty of chairs. We ran into a slight issue with our code not working on arrival. We arrived after business hours and I was not able to reach anyone through the phone number but I did get a very fast reply from the texting line. They were able to grant access remotely and had maintenence there within half an hour to resolve the issue. Turns out the key pad had gone bad and he replaced it. Obviously they couldn't have known it was bad until an issue was reported and were happy with how they quickly resolved it. The property felt very secure. It was quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist area, which was nice. Most things we wanted to do were a 10 min drive or less away. It had everything we needed and we were comfortable. Would definitely use this condo or this company again.

Reviewer Comments: Knowing we were visiting Key West during “shoulder season” when crowd levels would be low, we decided on a full week to enable seeing and connecting with the many sights, venues and entertainment that this lovely area has to offer. Our very first offering on AirBNB was this immaculate and fully-featured place just off the busy city core areas. The scenery out our ocean-view condominium was perfect and walks down the long boardwalk were sublime. With all our needs and desires fully met by having such a well-equipped and fully featured unit, we were able to leverage everything we needed during our stay. Towels, sheets, bathing, dish washing and clothes-washing were pluses. The kitchen is completely furnished. Digital fast WIFI connections and three “smart” TV’s together with many spots to plug-in chargers made it better than home! Ease of secure access to both parking and our unit gave us peaceful security as well. There is much value to offer us vagabonds in this clean well-equipped property.

The condo itself is a little dated, but has a warm, old Florida vibe. Plenty of amenities. The tv was cumbersome to use since we had to log into our own streaming services. Unfortunate for us since my husband is a big NCAA fan and we wanted to watch the Final Four games. Great pool area. The view is quite nice and will be even better once the current construction is finished. We arrived to find there were several large vehicles parked immediately across the street. The pedestrian sidewalk and beach area is being worked on. We awakened at about 7:00 each morning to crews dumping and spreading sand as well as moving large construction equipment to and from the site. Other machinery was collecting and relocating seaweed to help the coastline. It seemed like there was an effort to stop working before noon so people could still enjoy the beach area. All good and necessary things but not what we had planned to be gazing at every morning. Air BNB was great about understanding our disappointment and offering a discount. That is the right thing to do, but didn’t change the overall experience. This was our 35th anniversary trip and we had been looking forward to it for months. So that was a bummer. However, we would stay there again after the construction is finished.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Our rental was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. The bathrooms were a little outdated. The unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view from the sofa or out on the balcony. If you enjoy pickleball like we do, there was a court on sight. Our only complaint would be the overwhelming smell outdoors from the sea grass , which intensified throughout the day. This had nothing to do with the unit, but was very pronounced in this area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described. We didn't make it to the pool, but we did go to the beach just outside the unit's balcony. Thankfully they left salt/pepper, paper plates, and some other essentials since we flew. Unfortunately, we went the week of Christmas when they had the 2nd coldest christmas in the Keys. The Unit didn't have heat, so there should be some small space heaters available during winter months in case of an abnormal cold spell. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Our only comments would be not a sound proof condo.sliding door old and noisy and I believe bothered neighbors.we sat on deck and talked at a normal range but I realized next night may have bothered them too as I could hear their tv when going to bed. I was not bothered by their t.v but made me realize just how not sound proof it is. For being on vacation,I feel I was a bit to concerned for making any noise which we really were not. We didn't have young children with us. I do not feel a good choice for families with young children.we also smelled mold or musty odor. Dehumidifier helped with that issue. Water was shut off to condo for some repair but I just filled up some pots with water in case. No problem. Men came to spray for bugs. I didn't appreciate being exposed to that.

Felt at home and comfortable. Much better than a hotel. The other residents were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and we had no problems with the property. All our questions were answered before we arrived and knew exactly what to do. You do need to drive to reach restaurants and entertainment but that was not an issue for us.
