Private lake front apartment in Odessa FL! 9' ceilings, luxury vinyl floors, coffered ceilings in the bedroom. 2x mini splits for efficient heat/air, beautiful tile in bathroom. Comes furnished and ready to move it! This apartment is under a periodically used 3br house (which is on the 2nd floor) and shares a jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, treehouse, dock, bikes, and fenced yard. Full washer/dryer usage is available in the garage. The apartment is completely private and perfect for a mid-term rental by a professional who is looking for a unique and natural experience that's different from standard apartment complexes! Relax on the dock, fish, enjoy nature - all while having the conveniences of wi-fi, smart TV, and new stainless appliances! Conveniently located 20 minutes from everything Tampa has to offer! Pets are case by case. 30-180 term rental preferred. RV/EV Full Hook Up and 30' covered RV slip can be used for additional fee!
