Located two blocks to the beach and boardwalk on one of the most sought-after streets in South Rehoboth. This perfect vacation home is two-story and comes with off-street parking for 2 cars. On the first floor, guests will find the main living space, kitchen and dining areas, as well as one bedroom and bathroom. The second floor includes three bedrooms and one bathroom shared by the three bedrooms. Guests can spend the evening out on the back deck relaxing after a day at the beach, or use it for outdoor dining. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted. Due to the close proximity of the homes in this area, grilling is not allowed.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $188.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Rehobath! The house was larger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues with anything in the house and would absolutely stay again. The porch in the back was fun for outdoor chats and the bathrooms were well maintained. Short distance to the beach and boardwalk too!

Perfect for our daughter's family of 4 (upstairs) and us (downstairs). The house was more spacious than the photos indicated, very clean, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking everything imaginable. The location was awesome too!

The property overall is nice, but there are a few things that could be improved upon. There was a musty smell, maybe due to prior water damage as we didn't notice anything that looked recent. The first front porch step is loose.While this didn't affect our stay, the interior walls of the house either could use a good cleaning or repainted.
