This Pelican Beach Resort, 1st floor, 1 bedroom, two bathroom fully renovated ocean front condo sleeps 6. It is right on the beach and has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just step outside and you are on the white sand beach of Emerald Coast (no roads to cross). It has been fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, brand new cool gel memory foam mattresses, furniture etc. We also provide a washer/dryer inside the unit, this is a very rare amenity for Pelican one bedroom condos.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with tub and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with brand new, stainless steel appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. You will find two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Cable is included. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

We are a family of four and we love to travel. During our vacations, we choose to stay in a condo where we can cook, relax and spend time together as a family. Convenience is a big factor for us since we have two children. There are plenty of activities in the area for all ages and many shops are conveniently located (Whole foods, Walmart, outlet mall to name a few). In this condo we focus on things that are important for us when we travel with our two children.

What we love about this property?
Ideal 1st floor location with amazing views. Just walk out to the beach, don't wait for elevators, watch your kids play in the pool while you enjoy your drink on the balcony.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit
It went through a major renovation (photos will be updated soon) and, therefore everything is new.
Pelican Beach is a well maintained resort with popular amenities such as pools, gym etc.
It is the perfect vacation spot! Conveniently accessible to all experiences, shopping, dining, and attractions that Destin has to offer.
