Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home was fully remodeled in December 2023. You'll enjoy stunning country views overlooking the Wabash while being just minutes from Purdue's campus, Happy Hollow Park, and Downtown Lafayette!

Directly across from the Wabash River. Just a few minutes from Happy Hollow Park, Campus, and Downtown Lafayette.

Room for 3-4 vehicles on level ground and a few on single lane drive with steep incline - no garage access or parking in the grass.
-Check in: After 3 PM
-Check out: 10 AM
-Self check in with smart lock
-No parties or events
-ALL guests must be registered for entry. No exceptions.
-Exterior security cameras at each entrance on premises for monitoring.
-NO SMOKING in house, No exceptions.
-Fireplace is not for guest use.
-There is a $75 refundable grill deposit that you will be prompted to enter your cc info for 2 days prior to checkout. A hold will be placed on the card and released 5 days after checkout given the grill was cleaned prior to your departure.
-3-4 Parking Spaces on level ground, additional parking on driveway at on steep incline.
-Please no parking in the grass.
-Must be 21 and older to book.
