Cottage #1 is one of only four beautifully renovated cottages in an authentic Old Florida/Key West-style compound. Designed for relaxation, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere without children—perfect for couples, friends, or a quiet beach getaway.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again !

Perfect in every way

The cottage is lovely and the courtyard just beautiful. Couldn't be any closer to the beach! Everything you need is right there including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We will definitely come back. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.
