We are close to Pickwick Lake, the papermill, Freddy Ts, The Outpost, Shiloh just to name a few things! Convenient location to Iuka and Corinth too!

Nestled in the crape myrtles on 2.4 acres, this adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath home with large back deck provides a great space to getaway to for a couple or small family who want a budget friendly space to escape! It has all the modern conveniences including tvs, internet, grilling space, etc. Located about 10 minutes from Pickwick Dam and The Outpost, not far from Freddy T's. Great location to enjoy some time away!

Two bedrooms, full den with sofa and sitting chair. Kitchen has a bar top and a banquette area with seating for up to 7. Full size kitchen and appliances. The bathroom provides a nice size walk in shower. Full laundry with washer and dryer are inside the unit as well! Step out on the back patio to enjoy the view of the 2.4 acre lot the home sits on!

You will have access to the entire home! If you need more space, the small house to the left of this one can also be rented out!

My family was in the area for a weekend Demolition Derby. This beautiful house was perfect for us. Close enough to where the Derby was being held at. Right off the highway and easy to access. We were happy with everything.

Beautiful Home

We love it, for many reasons. We could sit on the porch and watch the cows, cedar waxwings. Close enough to any major food chains, grocery stores, etc. But far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of country life.

Fishing trip

IT was older but remolded, everything looked great, the only bad thing is that they only left 1 Wash cloth, and you had to take your own trash with you,other than that it was pretty good.

This house is close to Pickwick Lake, Freddie Ts, the Papermill, the State Park, etc! Great location close to all the fun things to do at Pickwick Lake! Counce is a great sleepy town close to SO much both in Corinth and in Savannah!

What makes this property unique

This house is on 2.4 acres with another of our properties. It's gorgeous and with a lot of old charm! It was built in the 1930s and was recently updated! We amped it up a little more when we bought it to make it a great experience for our guests with all the modern conveniences!
