We had fun walking down to the beach and drove out to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Great stay!

The house was nice. I really was looking forward to sitting on the balcony in the mornings. It was sad to say, but the balcony was not clean before we got there, so it was not very inviting on the balcony of the master bedroom

Fun Family Vacation

Nice location for our family visiting Aptos for a wedding. The accomodations were very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen with the large dining table was nice for preparing family meals.

We love to stay here again!!!

The house was spacious, clean and a few minutes away from the park and the beach! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house just felt so homey. Planning on booking another stay soon.

So lovely!

This property was perfect for our family. So close to a secluded beach, and stocked with everything we needed plus extra like toys for the kids! Will definitely go back!

Great family vacation home

Our family had a wonderful holiday getaway. The house was perfect and walking distance to the beach. Don’t recommend for small children as there are steep steps in the home.

Amazing Property

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway, clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, with a short walk down a pathway to the beach and a park with a play structure. The house is about 5 minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Hidden Beach House

Perfect vacation home for a family! The beach and park area with playground equipment is within easy walking distance! Quiet, Beautiful neighborhood and we even saw deer right in front of the house!! House is fully equipped with nice amenities! Would happily stay here again!

Comfortable family space

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. The house was has a well equipped kitchen, lots of seating area for great conversation, and a beautiful dining table for many to sit around. Being close to the park and beach makes it nice to be outdoors.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We had such an amazing stay here. The Hawaiian themed house was so beautifully put together and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen is always welcome too. The location is to die for. A quick 5 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Great stretch of coastline. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Fun on graduation weekend

Proximity to walks, swimming and fun on the beach was a wonderful addition to our ucsc graduation festivities. Charades in the spacious great room and meals plus games on the big dining room table made for fun family time

This was the second time staying at this property. Great location. Quiet street, close to beach access. Usually we’re out site seeing this time we just really enjoyed the house. Spacious home, well stocked kitchen. Nice patio.

Beach Hideaway

Was an amazing experience! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with cooking supplies. Just minutes from the beach. A lovely quiet neighborhood and an awesome selection beach supplies in the garage. Definitely made our stay welcomed. Hope to book it again in the future.
