This desirable unit features 1 king bedroom with a 40” TV and lake-view balcony. The main living area has a queen sofa pullout, a second sofa, a 50” TV, and a second lake-view balcony. The fully stocked, large kitchen includes everything you need to make a simple meal with a full-size refrigerator, a 4-top stove and oven combo, a microwave, and a 4-top kitchen table and chairs. In addition to the best lake view of the property, it has an ideal location near the indoor community sitting area with a fireplace and is steps away from our sauna.
Our units are equipped with various amenities to cater to your needs, including free internet access, a sofa sleeper, a flat-screen television with Direct TV service, a mini refrigerator and microwave, a coffee station, a fan, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Featuring a private beach and an on-site marina in summer, Donner Lake Village is near plenty of spots for hiking and skiing. After getting back from hiking or skiing, guests' of the Donner Lake Village can wind down in the on-site sauna. Laundry facilities and free parking are also provided at the hotel. Donner Summit is just 2.5 mi away from the Donner Lake Village. Historic Downtown Truckee is only an 8-minute drive from Donner Lake Village. Lake Tahoe is 19 mi away.

The view from the main room was amazing. Views of Donner Lake. The parking was ample, and the ease of getting to the unit from the parking lot was relatively smooth. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One small quibble is that even though the heaters worked in the unit, the bedroom one was a little noisy and the fans in the bathroom were quite noisy.

great location - misleading listing

Dinner Lake Village is a great property - right on the lake - and a great location. Property management was responsive, the kitchen had the basics and plenty of bedding and linens. However, the listing noted 3 beds and there are only 2 in the unit. One of our party ended up sleeping on the floor on couch cushions - not ideal! I hope this is corrected soon.
