Condo was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and a wonderful view. Location was great, it was minutes from anything we happened to need. Staff was nice and we felt comfortable the entire time. Would book again!

Room was very clean and exactly as pictured. Communication with host was easy! Grounds are very well kept and beach and pool area were not crowded at all! Very quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again!

We avived late and the office was closed. After numerous calls we were given check-in instructions and a key code. It's been easier at other properties. For a last minute rental labor day weekend it was fine. Absolutely no nothing...salt, pepper, coffee....kinda cheap considering other properties we stay in. But clean

We are pleased to hear the condo was clean and appreciate constructive criticism. At the same time it is important to share that your Confirmation containing check-in instructions were in fact emailed to you 9/3 after the Rental Agreement was completed. Of which, specifically requests for you to contact us if you anticipated arriving outside our business hours. Furthermore, we made several attempts to reach you on Friday, with no response. In addition, the office was open 2 hours later than normal in hopes to hear from you. Communication is a two-way street. Had you read your check-in instructions you would have not only known our office hours, but also know that as a safety precaution we do not supply any condiments, spices, etc. Only dish soap, trash bags, amenities, and the like. Going forward, you may find it pertinent to check your email or contact the host prior to your arrival in hopes to avoid any unwanted surprises. Respectfully, Simca Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC

We enjoyed our stay. The large balcony with recliners was perfect for early morning reading and watching the sunrise. We always stay in Navarre, but never at this condo. We definitely will again. It was perfect!

Awesome vacation just not long enough..

Beautiful condo, Large bedrooms, awesome veiw from the balcony, very clean, air conditioner worked great, great location, nice pool, steps away from the beach, carts for hauling your belongings, elevators. We loved everything about it, and definitely will stay here again.

Beach front

We loved the unit we stayed in. It was right on the beach. We could watch sunrises and sunsets, surfers, walkers, wildlife and much more all from our deck. We definitely will rent here again!

Great property

We enjoyed our visit to Navarre Beach. Great views from the unit. Unit was comfortable and nice. We loved walking to the pier to see the sea turtles and even saw a dolphin on our last night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot

Excellent spot but a bit pricy. Overall the place was very clean and neat. The views are spectacular and management was great! Beach chairs are not included so you’ll have to pay for them at the beach.

Amazing Facility

This was really great condo unit. We got in a little late and the property manager went above and to make sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the master bed was not great... but other than that, totally worth it.
