Cute bungalow in a semi-urban setting. Slightly off the beaten path, but very convenient to all of the Charleston area. A few miles from Firefly Distillery, Holy City Brewing, and Park Circle eateries. The apartment is one side of a DUPLEX with ample parking. Features king bed and full kitchen. Nestled in quiet and friendly neighborhood. Excellent for work travel, wedding guests, or any engagement that brings you to Charleston. I hope you come and enjoy.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The location seemed like not near the best area but the place itself seemed safe. We didn't have any issues. Communication was fantastic! Place was very clean. Great place for a getaway!

Very friendly owners that communicated well. The property was exactly as listed. Cool little neighborhood conveniently located to some great places in Park Circle and Riverfront Park. We’ll stay there again next time we’re down that way.

Perfect spot!

This is a really sweet place, just the right size for two people. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The condo is located in a cluster of small homes with a big grassy area next door, so was very quiet and private. We were delighted to find such a lovely setting in North Charleston! The host was easy to reach and took care of us. I hope we can stay here again!

We stayed two nights while we visited Charleston and vicinity. It is conveniently located just north of downtown Charleston and close to several parks and plenty of good restaurants. The owner is quick to respond and check-in was a breeze. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! We especially loved the neighbor chickens!

The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet.
