We had an amazing time in this beautiful, newly renovated home! All of the amenities were top notch. The kids LOVED the game room and spent most of their free time upstairs playing. We love to cook and were so impressed by the high end kitchen appliances and cookware, which is so rare to find in a rental unit. We will definitely be back soon!

We've thoughtfully designed our beach house to offer all the comforts of home with the amenities of a luxury retreat, and we're especially pleased that you were able to make the most of the chef-inspired kitchen. The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances. The cleanliness was impeccable. The host responded within a timely manner during the booking process and during our stay. The house does not have access to the private beach directly across the street. You must walk or drive to the public beaches, which was the only draw back for us. Otherwise 10/10 would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a fabulous time at our beach house. Yes, Moody Beach is a private beach. It is owned by the homeowners on the beachfront, so public access is limited to the designated public right-of-way access points.Thank you again for choosing us and we hope to welcome you back next summer. Amazing stay at Moody Beach

The house was very spacious and in wonderful condition. Enough space for family of 5 plus my mom to stay and spread out. Short distance to beach as advertised. Will definitely try to stay again next summer!

Best place to stay in Moody Beach!

Perfect! I plan to visit again. Spotless home! The living room is lovely and inviting to relax and watch a movie. The Host was helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer questions.

Lovely house

We were very impressed with this house! One of the first things you notice, is how clean it is inside. It is decorated beautifully…very welcoming and comfortable. The house has lots of areas to be together, or not. It is well appointed…the kitchen had everything you need for cooking and set up perfectly. The amenities were well thought out…and the added game area is a great fun touch! Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, water views and luxurious home

Our family had the best vacation this past week! The home was beautiful, super clean and new, very comfortably furnished and even nicer than in the photos. We loved the water views and hearing the waves while having coffee on the porch. The house was perfectly located to enjoy our walks along the wide sandy Moody Beach, with entrances only a short 5 minute walk in either direction. We loved exploring nearby Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Portland as well as surfing lessons at Footbridge Beach. We hope to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!

Just curious about your 4 star review. I don’t see any comments. Not on par with the other reviews. What was your reason not to give a 5 star review? We would appreciate the feedback.
