This luxurious space is 1300 square feet large 2/2 with 2 King Size beds in Master and guest bedroom located on Harbor Island Miami Beach Florida. It is 12 minutes drive away to South Beach, North Beach, and Haulover nude Beach. Other attractions include: Art Basel, Florida Marlins Stadium, Miami Marathon, Caribbean Carnival, Wynwood Art District, Ultra Music Festival, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Basketball/theater Arena, Museum of Science, Bayside Outdoor Shopping Mall, Florida Grand Opera, Aventura Mall and Miami City Ballet. Only long term lease required (3) Three months or more agreement and Condo Office registration fee and refundable deposit are required according to Florida Real Estate Law (all rates are subject to change).

The apartment was great, excellent location and beautiful views

Jacques was very kind making check in and check out very simple, explaining every detail. The apartment is very nice, in excellent conditions, clean, with great view and easy parking. The pool and gym are very nice and calm. As our only recommendation we suggest to improve and complete the table set (cups, plates, etc) along with utensils and kitchen equipment. We had a great stay and surely recommend it.

The Penthouse is excellent with all utensils , plates , coffee cups, glass, blender , coffee maker , glass, pots and pans, etc all details covered. Tenants completed inspection and was told on the very first day to call me about any matter and they never called me and they brought extra guests which was not part of the contract it is a lie to state that we were missing items to the public as we always provide excellent service Guaranteed for long term Stay tenants. Also, I did them a favor drove 2 hours during holidays to check them in 1 day in advance for which they were grateful

Great place - Needs a couple of items.

The place was beautiful, great location, great gym and pool. A 5 minute drive to the beach was a major plus. The apartment needs the carpet replace or cleaned it has stains everywhere and made the apartment looked old and dirty. Need a coffee maker :) and upgrade the TV. Overall I'm extremely satisfy of the place and can't wait to go back.

The owners chose the property because it lies in an island community with a population of 8,000 and has 'zero crime'. They also like that the community is family-oriented with 24-hour security.
